The best option is through the main entrance, on Avenida Binário do Porto. This avenue is not numbered, but you can type: “Carnaval Experience or Cidade do Samba - Entrada Principal” into any of the apps: Waze, Google Maps or UBER that will guide you to us.
Of course! But we have some exceptions. The samba schools prepare all year for the big carnival parade and don't want their secrets and preparations to be revealed ahead of time, so we will always guide visitors to where it will be possible to take photos. In some spaces, you will only be able to take photos with your eyes so that you can keep that memory forever. This makes it special, as you will be part of a group of few people who have had the opportunity to see a little bit of the upcoming carnival before the general public.
For private cars, there is a parking lot at Rua Rivadávia Corrêa, nº 60, for R$20.00 per day (Note: the parking lot is not under our control and we are not responsible for its hours and/or operating policy). It is free only for buses and vans.

Working in a samba school warehouse can be very dynamic. You can see many different types of work and professionals throughout the year, from the creation process to the dismantling of costumes and floats. In any case, the dynamics of the environment are always a show in themselves!
The Samba City is a complex that houses the warehouses of all the samba schools of the special group of Rio de Janeiro. However, our tour of the carnival production area takes place exclusively inside the warehouse of the Acadêmicos do Grande Rio samba school, where we have prepared a magical and surprising tour for you. But don't worry, our guides know everything about Carnival, and if you have any questions about other samba schools, just ask.
YES, but not in all areas. In the carnival production area, we do not have air conditioning, only fans, but in the exhibition rooms, dressing room and bar, we do. In addition to ice-cold water, lemonade and a delicious caipirinha to offer you, of course!

Yes! Across from Cidade do Samba is the Yup Star, Rio de Janeiro’s Ferris wheel. Another great tourist attraction nearby is AquaRio, the largest marine aquarium in South America. Also nearby are the Museu do Amanhã and Porto Maravilha. Both are located in Rio de Janeiro’s Port Zone. A VLT (Light Rail Vehicle) ride will take you from this area to other historic sites in the center of our city. SThere are great options for sightseeing in Rio de Janeiro.

Repair Warranty:
All our products undergo quality control. We provide a warranty against manufacturer defects. The warranty covers any defects in workmanship, design or material. Please notify us within 7 days of arrival of the product. It does not cover knocks, misuse or other problems that are not attributable to manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

A refund request can be submitted within 7 days after the shipment reaches the customer's hands.
