• Regular tour booking and cancellation policy:

Regular tour tickets must be canceled more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.

Note: In case of a no-show, there will be no refunds. Regular tour tickets, except for private tours, can be used on other dates, subject to availability.within 30 days.

To join the tour, you must present your printed or virtual ticket along with the relevant verification documents listed on the experience page.
